Planting method of oil sunflower sprouts
1. Seed selection
Select seeds with plump seeds, good appearance and high germination rate, and remove moldy, damaged and insect-infested seeds
2. Seed soaking
After drying the selected seeds, wash the seeds twice with water, and then soak the seeds with water 2-3 times the weight of the seeds for 10-24 hours according to the temperature.
3. Germination
Put a layer of soaked seedling paper on the tray, wash the soaked seeds, drain the water, use 100-150 grams of dry seeds per tray, and then stack the trays for germination. The bottom plate is an empty plate with double layers of wet seedling paper, and the top plate is also an empty plate with wet newspaper. Keep the indoor temperature at 22-26 degrees and germinate for about 3 days.
4. On the shelf
When the seedlings are 2-3 cm long, they are put on the shelves separately. During the germination period, the plate is inverted once a day, and sprayed with a watering can 1-2 times a day to keep the seeds and seedling paper moist. Place in astigmatism for seedling growth and avoid strong light exposure.
5. Harvest
