Planting method
1. Seed selection
Mainly screen the seeds with relatively full grains, and have less broken grains and darker color. If there are broken grains in the seeds, it is best to pick them up to ensure their quality.
2. Seed soaking
Put the screened buckwheat seeds into a container, and then add three times the amount of water. Note that the soaking time is 8-10 hours.
3. Germination
After the buckwheat seeds are soaked, pour out the water, cover the container, and let it sit for another 16 hours. If the temperature is high, rinse with clean water once or twice.
4. Put the plate
Find a plastic shallow box, make a small hole under it, then put a layer of wet napkin on it, pour in the germinated buckwheat seeds, and after the size is flat, cover it with a layer of wet napkin tightly.
5. Sprinkle water
Pay attention to the ventilation and humidity of the growing environment. If the paper is dry, you can spray a little water, but the water should not be too much, otherwise it will be easy to mold.
6. Sprouts
Two days later, the buckwheat sprouts began to grow fibrous roots, and a week later, green leaves began to grow. Remove the napkin and put it in a sunny place. The leaves will become greener and more lush under the action of photosynthesis.
Be careful to sprinkle more water, usually after two weeks you can eat.
